The Yellow Pages projects below demonstrate a range of my skills and capabilities, deliverables and process. These projects are from my most recent role as a UX Designer at Sensis in the Yellow Pages product team (March 2015 - March 2020).

Creating a new responsive web app to improve Yellow advertiser’s lead management experience and consolidate access to their products.

BBC
The application designed and developed for the BBC is for internal use and is one that saves hours of manual file processing each day. It has a number of rules to process incoming files automatically, whilst highlighting files that still require some manual processing before being output for audience reporting purposes.
Power Entertainment
Power Entertainment co-produces, finances, acquires and globally distributes drama and factual programming across multiple platforms. I led the design of the new website for Power, which needed both a visual refresh to incorporate new branding, and an improved user experience to enhance their offering to new and existing clients.
Totally
Totally is a full-service digital agency based in London who specialise in bespoke software development. The redesign of the agency’s website was part of a wider rebranding exercise, including a new logo. The new site focussed on simplifying the agency’s offerings whilst giving more insight into the company and its people.
hooheals
hooheals is a medical startup focussed on helping people in new cities find trusted medical professionals. In addition to a wealth of health condition and drug information, hooheals offer a service enabling clients to receive detailed reports with unbiased recommendations based on their circumstances and preferences.
Resolution Foundation
The Resolution Foundation is a non-partisan and award-winning think-tank that works to improve the living standards of those in Britain on low to middle incomes. I led the design of the project and worked closely with stakeholders from Resolution Foundation to ensure the new website met their requirements.
