hooheals is a medical startup focussed on helping people in new cities find trusted medical professionals. In addition to a wealth of health condition and drug information, hooheals offer a service enabling clients to receive detailed reports with unbiased recommendations based on their circumstances and preferences.
Homepage
The hooheals homepage called for a welcoming image, which was achieved with the warm smile of a friendly nurse. The design of the hooheals homepage has a modern / contemporary feel and utilises both negative space and a bright colour palette. The primary focus here is on the health search and the primary service offering: hooheals Assist.
hooheals Assist: Landing Page
hooheals Assist is the primary service offering from hooheals. Rather than the placeholder you see here, this is a video introducing the service that is accompanied by other relevant information like ‘Why hooheals Assist’, ‘What We Deliver’ and ‘How to Get Started’. Clear calls to action are presented throughout the page encouraging users to take the next step.
hooheals Assist: Benefits to Patients
The intention of the Benefits to Patients page is to provide potential clients with an at a glance understanding of the key hooheals Assist benefits. This was achieved with a visual chart and a clear list highlighting what clients can expect from the service. Furthermore, case studies are also presented to the potential client in an effort to bring the service to life. Clear calls to action are also present here encouraging visitors to take the next step.
hooheals Assist: Assist Report
The purpose of this page is to demonstrate how comprehensive the report is when a client’s case is open. Particular emphasis is placed on the promise hooheals makes, together with the 4 key report inclusions. Again, the sign-up calls to action are presented to prospective clients.
hooheals Assist: Pricing Plans
The Pricing Plans are presented in a simple table, showing the plan type and related inclusions. It has also been made clear that there is an Early Bird offer in place to encourage visitors to take advantage of the current offerings. In this example, a user has applied a voucher code to achieve a further 20% discount.
Health Glossary & Search
The Health A-Z Search provides users with access to a comprehensive list of health concerns and conditions. In addition to a standard search input, an alphabet list allows users to filter all health conditions by any given letter. Links for all of the conditions that match that letter are presented below in a grid listing.
Health Search: Search Results
As many search results would often be returned, they are divided into 3 categories: Conditions, Drugs and Blog Posts. Users could then follow the link through to the relevant page or search again. A summary of the number of each category is displayed above the actual search results.
My Account: Dashboard
Registered users gain access to an account area where they can view and manage multiple patient details, view and request Assist Reports, view and update subscriptions and manager their account settings. The account dashboard providers users with a summary of recent activity and quick links to common tasks. Colour coding is used on the dashboard to symbolise the state of their subscription and the number of Assist Reports remaining.
My Account: Patient Profiles
Within the My Account area, users can add and manage multiple Patient Profiles. The relationship between the registered user and the patient is indicated, as are the date the profile was created, when it was last updated and the number of Assist Reports used for that patient’s profile. Using the action buttons, users can view/update patient profiles or remove them.
Mobile Designs
A dedicated mobile version of the site was produced for those accessing it from mobile devices. Here, the interface was updated to ensure the content remained accessible on a mobile device.
